Return and Exchange Policy
(Original Store)
1. Purpose and Scope
This Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which customers may return or exchange products purchased from Original Store (“Store”). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the provisions set forth herein.
2. Eligibility Period for Returns and Exchanges
2.1. Customers may submit a request to return or exchange eligible products within Fourteen (14) to Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2. Any request submitted after the aforementioned period shall be considered invalid.
3. Condition of Returned Merchandise
3.1. Products shall be eligible for return or exchange only if they are:
a. Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
b. Accompanied by all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories;
c. Free from damage, odors, stains, alterations, or any signs of wear.
3.2. The Store reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the product does not comply with these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
4.1. The following categories are strictly non-returnable:
a. Swimwear, underwear, lingerie;
b. Beauty, skincare, and personal care items;
c. Earrings and intimate accessories;
d. Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or “Clearance”;
e. Customized or personalized products.
5. Sale and Discounted Items
5.1. Products purchased during promotional events or sales may only be refunded as store credit.
5.2. Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable in cash.
6. Return and Exchange Procedure
6.1. Customers must contact Customer Service to initiate the process.
6.2. Customers must provide order details and the reason for return/exchange.
6.3. The Store will arrange courier pickup or authorized drop-off.
6.4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. Inspection and Verification
7.1. All returned products are subject to inspection.
7.2. Acceptance is contingent upon full compliance with Section 3.
7.3. Products failing inspection will be returned to the customer at their cost.
8. Refund Terms
8.1. Refunds will be issued after inspection.
8.2. Processing requires Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) business days.
8.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store wallet.
8.4. Delivery fees and service fees are non-refundable.
9. Exchange Terms
9.1. Exchanges are subject to availability.
9.2. If unavailable, customers may select an alternative item or receive store credit.
10. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
10.1. Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
10.2. Photographic or video evidence is required.
10.3. Verified defective items will be replaced at no cost.
11. Order Cancellation
11.1. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
11.2. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.
12. Amendments to the Policy
12.1. Original Store reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
12.2. Amendments take effect upon publication.
